Epia side view ML6000 mainboard CF-IDE adapter

My mini EPIA case. The low power PSU had a small fan, but I disabled it, because it is not required.

ML6000 mainboard. Passive cooling!

The hard disk: Compact Flash via IDE adapter. This makes the system 100% silent!

Epia rear view ML6000 mainboard Super IO chip

Epia interfaces. The internal Rhine II ethernet is connected to a DSL modem, while the Gigabit ethernet establishes a gateway to my home LAN.

The low-profile Gigabit ethernet card in front occupies the Epia's only PCI slot.

VT1211 Super IO chip includes the VT8235 Southbridge. The smaller VT1616 for AC97 on top of it.

Via Rhine II Flash chip

Another close view of the mainboard. The VT6103 VIA Rhine II chip is on the right.

The 39SF020 is a 256K multi purpose flash.
